CARE & MAINTENANCE

We recommend avoiding direct sunlight when hanging your item, and if you’re framing the print yourself, use acid-free tape to prevent yellowing.

FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES

Poppi Sundaze products are hand-produced using the highest quality materials. Any slight markings or variations are intentional. Before sending, all items are thoroughly checked and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us, and we’ll organise a return for you.

Please note: If you receive a visually damaged or opened package, insist that this is noted with the carrier immediately.
